Meet our resident, Sally Kjellgren! 86 years young, Sally lives at The Preserve at Palm-Aire with her best four-legged friend, Jack, who is 17 years old.

She is an animal advocate, lover, and rescuer. Sally worked for the government, and now appreciates retirement life because “her time is her own.” Sally loves living at The Preserve at Palm-Aire because it is a clean and well-kept community. Her favorite way to spend time is by enjoying the company of good friends she has made here.

One of her favorite memories is when the Assistant Director, Mike, dressed up as a reindeer for the holidays, and residents had the chance to peg him with a Nerf gun if they could catch him. Sally got him on the first shot!

Sally is a joy to have around. Sarah Chambers, Engagement Director, shared, “Sally is more than a resident, she is family. She is one of the funniest people I know.” Transportation Coordinator, Torri Cannon gushed, “Sally is a great lady with a big heart and an even bigger sense of humor.”

We are lucky to have many wonderful residents, including Sally. There are lots of opportunities to have fun and make friends. It’s what makes The Preserve at Palm-Aire such a great place to live!

Sally shared this advice for those looking for the best senior living community, “Visit many communities to find the one that fits you best… research, research, research.”
