Executive Director
Teresa’s passion for seniors and their stories was first inspired by her Irish grandfather, a carpenter and an undertaker. After an 18-year career in accounting, Teresa followed that passion by returning to school for nursing. She has worked as a nurse caring for nuns, dialysis patients and memory care community residents. Now she’s incredibly proud to work with The Arbor Company, where she learns something new every day from our great residents.

Campus Director of Sales
Amanda fell in love with seniors by way of volunteer work more than ten years ago. She turned that passion into a full-time job in caring for seniors, which Amanda says has never felt like “work.” She loves educating potential residents and their families about senior living options and helping them make smart choices. For Amanda, every day at The Arbor Company is a learning adventure.

Community Sales Director
With more than 17 years of sales experience in the golf and country club industry and in the field of healthcare, Katie knows what it takes to build relationships and connect with families. Originally from Panama, she graduated from the University of Florida. (Says Katie: Go Gators!) In her free time, Katie enjoys running, creating memorable moments with her family, and finding ways to make people smile.

Independent Living Resident Relations Director
Seeking a change in careers and environment, Tammy decided to move from Northern Pennsylvania-- opting for the warm temperatures and sunny skies of Florida. Her love for working with people brought her to Arbor Terrace in 2018. What a blessing! It is her privilege and pleasure to interact and assist the residents of Arbor, sharing family experiences and life journeys. She is appreciative of the opportunity to start this new level of her life and career with the management, staff, and residents of Arbor Terrace Citrus Park.

Resident Relations Director
Jenny has always loved helping others, especially within the healthcare and senior living industries. Jenny is happy to have the opportunity to serve our residents at Arbor and their families -- getting to know each of them and becoming part of their lives. The Citrus Park community feels like family; Jenny intends to work hard every day to make sure every resident feels like part of the family.
Independent Living Manager
Beth feels blessed to have a career focused on helping seniors and their families find a fulfilling lifestyle and peace of mind. She’s committed to helping each resident maintain the highest level of independence, choices, and above all, quality of life. Beth is married with three children and three grandchildren and is Mom to a basset hound named Allie. Beth credits her kind heart to her mother and her sense of humor to her father.

Engagement Director
Originally from Newport, Rhode Island, Morgan has lived in Florida since 2013. She is married to an executive chef, has two wonderful children and a little dog. Morgan started her career in life enrichment in a skilled nursing facility in 2005 and has enjoyed working in Independent Living, Adult Day Programming, Memory Care and Assisted Living. In her spare time, she loves working on home projects, gardening, painting and exploring Florida.

Maintenance Director
Laroma is a native Floridian, born and raised in Daytona Beach. He served ten years in the U.S. Army as a Tanker and moved to the Tampa area in 2014. Laroma has 20 years of experience working in maintenance and housekeeping at healthcare facilities. He enjoys her work and looks forward to serving residents and their families at Citrus Park in whatever capacity he can.
Maintenance Director
Richard has been with The Arbor Company since 1996. With more than three decades of experience in health care, he worked his way up from Maintenance Assistant to Maintenance Director. From Jackson, N.J., Richard lives with his wife and their Boxer.
