Assisted Living Dining Experience

In our  assisted living neighborhood, dining is really a “choose your own adventure” experience. Enjoy a meal with friends in the restaurant, or grab a quick bite on the go from the bistro. Happy hours and events find residents breaking bread or pastries in shared spaces throughout the community. Or if you want to enjoy a little peace and quiet, have a chef-prepared meal delivered to your apartment, or cook dishes you enjoy using your personal kitchen. The dining experience is as active or peaceful as you prefer.

Memory Care Dining Experience

Dining in memory care is prepared with a focus on nourishing the body, mind and spirit. For residents on modified diets, extra care has been taken to ensure delicious food can be consumed in a safe and healthy way. Menu items and brain-healthy snacks have been carefully selected with resident wellness in mind.  While all residents are offered the same menu, our chefs ensure all residents are able to experience each dish by using the proper preparation they require while carefully maintaining the integrity and spirit  of each and every meal, and the dignity of each and every resident.

Yes, we can reserve community spaces for private events and have a large catering menu as well for a fee.

Yes, residents are welcome to have guests for meals, and can order meals for an additional cost.

Our food is meant to be enjoyed with all of the senses. 

Sight: We eat with our eyes first, and you know good food when you see it. That is why we take great care to ensure our food is visually appealing, with a variety of colors, beautiful plating and garnishing techniques.

Taste: Created by trained chefs, our menu is a mixture of resident favorites and unexpected delights using fresh, local flavors and ingredients, and tailored to the unique palettes of our residents.

Smell: Scent has a strong connection to recollection. The aroma from the fresh herbs and spices of  a delicious meal can evoke a strong memory of times past, and create new memories along the way. 

Texture: Each meal has a balance of textures to enjoy. Residents with different diet requirements will delight in plates that maintain safety while honoring the integrity and flavors of the dish.
