"I really enjoy the resident parties and variety of entertainment that is provided. The staff is very friendly, and they try to accommodate our needs. It’s nice to know that people really care about you."
"We moved our mother into the Evergreen (memory care) neighborhood at Arbor Terrace from another local community. She is a new person, much happier, and all of our stress levels have dropped dramatically."
"I want to commend Lori Johnson (head nurse) for her outstanding commitment to my mom and her care. I have worked with Lori for almost three years. My mother is Marilyn Bartholomew and has been at Arbor Terrace Citrus Park in Tampa since the first week it opened. She has been in the Bridges care. I visit mom on a daily basis and have a good idea as to how she is being cared for. You have many dedicated caregivers there but I have to say the one person I can ALWAYS count on for help when there is a problem or need professional advice is Lori Johnson."
"Arbor Terrace staff are always approachable and friendly. They always take the time to help out in whatever way they can. Each time I enter the community I am so grateful to have such a caring place for mom to live."
"Your employees are your very best asset! We are so pleased with everything about Arbor Terrace!"
"For the past year and a half, I have worked a part time job that has afforded me an education outside of school. My summer job that turned into a permanent job has taught me responsibility, efficiency, organization and most importantly, respect."
"The best thing I did was come to live here."
"I used to sit home and skip meals rather than eat alone. Now I enjoy the company of friends and I’m eating three meals a day. I have a regimented exercise program that includes a nice morning walk on the grounds."
My passion for seniors and their stories was first inspired by my grandfather, an Irish carpenter and undertaker. After an 18-year career in accounting, I followed my passion by returning to school for nursing. I have worked as a nurse for nuns, dialysis patients, and memory care patients. Now, I couldn’t be prouder to work with The Arbor Co., where I learn something new every day from our incredible seniors.
Campus Director of Sales
I fell in love with the Senior population through my passion for volunteer work over ten years ago. I turned my passion into a full-time job, which to this day I will never consider work. Not only do I educate families and residents regarding Senior Living options but they continue to teach me something new each day.

After completion of a certification as an Emergency Medical Technician, I joined the Arbor Company, where I can offer an improved community opportunity for seniors.

I started my journey in 2010 as a director for a small facility with only 90 beds. I have opened two new buildings, worked as a regional maintenance Director, and now a regional maintenance mentor for the Arbor Company. Independent Living Manager
I feel very blessed to have a career in senior living focused on helping seniors and their families find peace of mind and a high quality of life in Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities. It’s wonderful to have the opportunity to work closely with them to explore options in making life-changing decisions and I hold a strong belief in residents maintaining the highest level of independence, choices, and above all, quality of life. Married with three children, three grandchildren and Mom to a basset hound named Allie, I also have loving parents that face the daily challenges and life changing decisions as the many special people I am here to support every day. From them, I have my Mother’s gentle kindness and to her dismay, my Father’s sense of humor.
