Through our partnership with fitness training company, AAAI/ISMA Fitness, our team received the training needed to lead classes that focus on seniors’ overall health and wellness.

To celebrate National Paranormal Day, we took a fascinating trip to the Cuban Club, immersing ourselves in the world of the supernatural. The ladies were pampered with Mama Makeovers, courtesy of the talented team at the Paul Mitchell School. We indulged in a delightful high tea session and embarked on a beautiful lunch cruise, savoring delicious food and refreshing drinks. As Memorial Day approached, we honored the occasion by dressing up in attire from back in the day and embracing the patriotic spirit with an abundance of red, white, and blue. May was a busy month brimming with activities that catered to everyone's interests and created lasting memories.
