Sue Haines

Executive Director

Sue Haines, our Executive Director, has 35 years of experience, including 28 years in senior living. Her notable roles include Nursing Home Administrator since 2005, Personal Care Home Administrator since 2008, and Regional Operations Director, licensed in Pennsylvania and Delaware. A Lehigh Valley native, Sue raised her two sons in Quakertown and relocated in 2014. She loves working with seniors because it is the most rewarding experience of her life. Sue enjoys Pennsylvania Dutch food, playing with her two granddaughters, two dogs, and a foster puppy, as well as gardening and repurposing antique furniture.

Heather Goodno

Director of Sales

With 10 years in senior living and 20 years of expertise, Heather Goodno brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. She has worked as a Family Based Therapist, Behavioral Specialist, and Admissions Director/Clinical Liaison for skilled nursing for eight years. Heather has also served on the Board of Directors for the Coatesville Area Senior Center and Net-Care. Born and raised in Glenmoore/Coatesville, she graduated from Delaware County Christian School and Shippensburg University with a B.A. in Psychology. Passionate about senior care from childhood, Heather also enjoys boating, swimming, reading, and traveling with her two children.

Megan Wardlaw

Community Sales Director

With a decade of sales experience, Megan joined senior living in 2019, ready to follow her biggest passions of working with seniors and helping people. After a loved one was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, and following in the footsteps of family members who have worked in senior living, she knew in her heart that this industry is where she was meant to be. Originally a southern girl from Texas, Megan says "y’all" loves spending time with family, friends, her puppy, and going on adventures.

Donna Greiss

Resident Care Director

Donna Greiss has been dedicated to senior living for 17 years, building on her 40 years of experience as a registered nurse. Donna is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and graduated from Bryn Mawr Nursing School, followed by a B.A. from Villanova. Born and raised in Coatesville, she has deep roots in the community, where she also raised her daughter. Donna loves working with seniors, feeling it has been her calling since she graduated from nursing school. In her leisure time, she enjoys cooking crab cakes, playing board games, riding bikes, and taking annual trips to the Outer Banks with her husband and daughter.

Lisa Tatarelli

Memory Care Director

Lisa joined Arbor after more than 15 years in multiple fields of nursing, including skilled nursing, internal medicine, care coordination, and long-term care. Lisa has found that memory care is her passion and enjoys building relationships with her residents and families. When Lisa is not working, she is spending time with her four kids and husband, and also enjoys hiking, singing, and cleaning.

Dashaun London

Dining Director

Dashaun London, our Dining Director, brings over 10 years of culinary expertise to our team, with 3 years dedicated to senior living. Previously, he has worked as a caregiver, Sioux Chef, Dining Room Supervisor, and Dining Services Director. Born and raised in Coatesville, Dashaun now resides in Philadelphia, where he has significant experience in skilled nursing. He loves working with seniors for their stories and humor. For fun, Dashaun enjoys exploring Philadelphia's culture and restaurants, traveling, and has a particular fondness for New Orleans.

Chuck Niccols

Engagement Director

Chuck, who has worked in residential care for most of his professional life, has always enjoyed building communities where people can have fun while finding ways to grow and achieve. Making deep connections with residents is a favorite aspect of his job. Chuck has a background in sales and marketing and live theater.

Shawn Feeley

Maintenance Director

Shawn Feeley, our Maintenance Director, brings 8 years of expertise, including 6 years in senior living. His career spans roles such as Program Coordinator in Behavioral Health, Memory Care Director, and Maintenance and Operations Director. Shawn, a West Chester native, graduated from Henderson High School and earned a BS in Recreation Management from Lock Haven University of PA. He lives in Downingtown with his wife and two sons. Passionate about working with seniors, he finds each day rewarding and was inspired by his grandfather's Alzheimer's diagnosis. In his free time, Shawn enjoys Mexican cuisine, burgers from Victory or East Branch Breweries, and playing sports with his family.

Bernadette Kehlmann

Business Office Director

Bernadette Kehlmann brings to our community 19 years of expertise, including 3 years in senior living. Her career spans roles in Social Services as a recruiter in Human Resources, bookkeeping in finance, and Business Office Manager. Born and raised in Massapequa, NY, she graduated from Briarcliffe University with a B.A. in Business Management and moved to the area in 2021 with her husband and 3 sons. Bernadette loves working with seniors because she enjoys building deep connections with residents and their families, offering support and guidance. She cherishes her Italian heritage, cooking her father's recipes, and enjoys family activities like movie nights, game nights, and walks with their dog, Teddy.
