Jordan Wood, an eighth grade Girl Scout, worked with staff at Arbor Terrace Exton to bring convenience to our residents by building a special cabinet to house our pet therapy supplies.

Jordan’s aunt, Cindy Arrowood is a volunteer for PAWS for People and helps with pet therapy at Arbor Terrace. After speaking with her aunt, Jordan realized we could benefit from having a special space dedicated to pet therapy. She then worked with her father for three months to build a custom cabinet to store our pet therapy supplies.

Girl Scout Silver Award
The Silver Award is the highest a Girl Scout can receive in 6th - 8th grade. Jordan is pleased she could make a difference for the residents. “In your community, you can always just make simple decisions that could mean the world to somebody else, and that could just make them so much happier for that day.”
