We are proud to announce that Kelley Skarp, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, has been named a 2026 McKnight’s Pinnacle Award Honoree for Setting the Standard. The Pinnacle Award is a national recognition celebrating veteran leaders who have shaped the future of senior living through innovation, integrity, and influence.
The McKnight’s Pinnacle Awards honor industry professionals with 20 or more years of service who have set new standards and inspired progress across senior living, skilled nursing, and home care. Kelley’s leadership in over thirty years has exceeded that level of impact.
Since joining Arbor in 2018, Kelley has championed a collaborative sales philosophy. Her leadership integrates sales with care, dining, engagement, and operations—ensuring that every community story aligns with the service delivered. In addition, many sales leaders at The Arbor Company credit her guidance for their professional growth.
Kelley will be formally honored at the McKnight’s Pinnacle Awards celebration on March 18, 2026, in New York City. We are honored to celebrate her leadership and grateful for the lasting standard she continues to set for our organization and our industry.
