As specialists in dementia and other memory care diseases we have dedicated programs that speak to the progression of dementia and help staff focus on what remains as a part of the disease process rather than what is lost. You will find comfortable, attractive residences coupled with engaging activities and events, giving you the peace of mind that we offer nothing but the best in care and quality of life.

About John Schaum
With more than 27 years experience, John has spent the past 10 years focusing on senior care, primarily assisted living and memory care. “My passion comes from my upbringing. My father was a Presbyterian minister and my mother was a special education teacher; the compassion that they both showed for very vulnerable children and elderly was incredible. I truly believe in assisting our seniors to receive the best possible care and services that can be provided. I strive each day to bring a smile to a senior’s face and make a difference.

Resident Relations Director
About Cathy Condon
I joined Arbor Terrace in March of 2016 after having experienced placing my mother in and out of nursing facilities for 3 years. Trying to ensure that my mother had the best of care possible and a place where I was comfortable leaving her wasn't easy and I'm not sure I ever found it. Seeing the need for caregivers and staff who were compassionate and understood each individuals needs, I hoped to one day be given the opportunity to create or be a part of that kind of environment. Upon finding Arbor Terrace I knew I had found not only the place I would have chosen for my mom but a place for me to Pay-it-forward.
