Citrus Park, Community News Delicious Destinations with Chef Moss
Residents at Arbor Terrace Citrus Park can take trips around the globe every month without ever leaving the community, thanks to Chef Moss Balile and the Engagement team. Through this program “Delicious Destinations,” Chef Moss takes his international culinary experience and incorporates it into residents’ meals, introducing them to a new cuisine every month through the travel program.

Citrus Park, Community News Arbor Terrace Citrus Park Shares Best Practices At Training
Arbor Terrace Citrus Park was recently selected as one of 25 long-term care providers to participate in a specialized training for dementia care. The five-week event titled Project ECHO is hosted by the Florida Assisted Living Foundation and the Alzheimer’s Association. Training sessions began on Oct. 6 and consist of weekly Zoom calls.
