Ellison Thomas, Chairman

Ellison helped found The Arbor Company and is involved in the company's strategic planning as well as all financing, acquisition, and divestiture activity. He has been instrumental in guiding Arbor's real estate development projects and oversees accounting and investor relations. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia. Judd Harper, President

Judd leads the company's day-to-day operations. He has strong financial analytical skills as well as in-depth knowledge of senior housing marketing and operations. He is active in senior living industry organizations and has helped Arbor gain national recognition for innovations that benefit the lives of its residents and employees. He is a graduate of Washington & Lee University and worked with a national senior care operator prior to joining The Arbor Company 17 years ago. Mary Campbell Jenkins, Executive Vice President

Mary Campbell has been with The Arbor Company for more than 20 years and has served in a wide variety roles during that time. She is dedicated to promoting and teaching the Arbor Culture and helping the company uncover the most effective strategies for growth.  She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Hollins College. Francine O’Neill, R.N., Senior Vice President, Resident Care

Francine O’Neill serves as a clinical resource for resident care directors, overseeing ongoing quality improvement programs and regulatory compliance. She assists with identifying and implementing programs that enhance care delivery and service to our residents and their families. Francine has more than 20 years of experience in health care, serving in both clinical leadership and operations management positions across the continuum of care including assisted living, long term care and acute care. Laura Ellen Christian, Vice President, Engagement & Training

Laura Ellen oversees the development and implementation of each community's engagement program, focused on providing a tiered approach to engaging residents based on physical, cognitive and personalized needs. She is also responsible for the development, implementation and oversight of the Arbor Company's Cognitive Care Training program that is geared toward educating and teaching skills needed to interact, engage and care for residents related to dementia and other cognitive impairments. She started her career with The Arbor Company in 2004 and is a graduate of the University of Georgia. Laura Ellen's favorite traits in others are SELF-MOTIVATION and INTEGRITY.

Andy Litton, CPA, Controller

Andy oversees all aspects of the company’s financial activities, including accounting, financial reporting, treasury management, budgeting and payroll. Andy has more than 20 years of experience in health care finance. He is a graduate of Kennesaw State University and is a licensed CPA in the state of Georgia. Andy’s favorite traits in others are LOYALTY and ACCOUNTABILITY.
