Hurricane Harvey was a scary event for the Kingwood, Texas, community. It gave Arbor Terrace at Kingwood Town Center a chance to show our commitment to resident safety at all times and in all circumstances. Our property was devastated by the hurricane, but thanks to the diligent efforts of our caring staff, we safely evacuated all residents. Our residents moved to temporary communities, where we kept up with them and ensured they were thriving. But now, they’re coming home.
This past summer, Arbor Terrace at Kingwood Town Center was forced to temporarily close after severe flood damage caused by Hurricane Harvey. Residents were temporarily relocated to other communities or moved in with their families while repairs were made. Days before Christmas, our second and third floor residents came back home as we continued renovation of the first floor.
